- Lawyer/firm data: documents and licenses uploaded for verification (stored securely and never shown publicly).
- Consultation data: the content of chats and files exchanged between a user and a lawyer.
- Usage data: the pages you visit, for analytics and improving the service.

- Operating the platform and providing consultation and direct-communication services.
- Verifying and reviewing accounts by the admin.
- Improving the service and analysing performance and statistics.
- Contacting you about your account, consultations or support.
3. Data protection
Payments and sensitive data are stored encrypted. Your data is not shared with third parties except as needed to run the service (such as the payment gateway) or under a legal obligation.
4. Your rights
You may access or edit your data, or request deletion of your account, by contacting support. The platform admin may also ban any account that violates the terms.
